📦 Returns Policy
I hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you have 30 days to return it.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked “final sale” or “clearance” (unless faulty)
🔁 Exchanges
I don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and approved, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
🚚 Return Shipping (UK & US)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- I recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
